Welcome to Casa Roja, a western-style bungalow in Salinas Grandes, Nicaragua, offering an open concept with a spacious kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with queen beds and A/C. This tranquil retreat includes a large, shaded patio facing the beach/ocean and features your own private pool, perfect for 2 to 4 people. Located one hour from Leon, it’s nestled on a beautiful remote beach.

The space: Casa Roja accommodates a maximum of 4 guests with two bedrooms furnished with queen-sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and clothes closets. Three sets of French doors create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space with stunning beach views, suitable for enjoyment rain or shine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven/stove, and water dispenser with a purifier. Additionally, there is an outdoor wood-burning grill shared with another house. The bungalow is fully furnished, including a dining table with chairs, a hammock, patio furniture, and loungers.

Guest access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and property, surrounded by a handful of neighbouring vacation homes. Excellent Wi-Fi is provided at no additional charge.

• We also offer grocery pickup and delivery for $10.00 usd. Please enquire on site should you wish to utilize this service
• Driving Directions: To ensure a smooth arrival, please contact us in advance for a map to Playa Tesoro. Our roads are continuously being upgraded, so we recommend using a 2-wheel drive vehicle with high ground clearance for the best experience. Clear signage along the road will guide you to Playa Tesoro. There is a photo of our signs in the photo gallery.
• Dining: Our small restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please notify the staff in advance if you plan to dine at the restaurant so they can prepare fresh and delicious meals.
• Remember to bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen.
• Laundry service is available for $15 USD per load; please speak to our onsite staff to arrange.

• Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• Pets are not allowed
• The owner has areas that are locked off in this unit. Please be respectful of these locked off areas and do not attempt to tamper with the locks or these areas.
