Welcome to Casa Naranja, a charming western-style bungalow in Salinas Grandes, Nicaragua, offering a spacious open concept with a kitchen, living room, and two air-conditioned bedrooms. This tranquil retreat is perfect for 2 to 4 guests and is located just 35 minutes from Leon on a secluded beachfront.
The space: Casa Naranja accommodates up to 4 guests with one queen-size bed in one room and two single beds in the other, both equipped with A/C units. Three sets of French doors open up to blend indoor and outdoor living, providing stunning views of the beach regardless of weather conditions.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven/stove, and water dispenser with a purifier. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor wood and carbon burning grill. The house is fully furnished, including a dining table and chairs, hammock, patio furniture, and rocking chairs.
Guest access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home on a spacious property with onsite staff available.
Upon arrival at Playa Tesoro, please check in at the office where our manager will escort you to your unit, provide Wi-Fi access, and go over our rental inventory list.
Additional amenities and information:
- We offer taxi service from Leon to Tesoro for $30 USD per trip; please contact us to arrange.
- If you are arriving by car, please contact us for accurate directions as there is no specific address. It is recommended to arrive in the mid-afternoon to avoid navigating in the dark, as the area is remote with limited road signage once you leave the main road.
- Dining: Our small restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please notify the staff in advance if you plan to dine at the restaurant so they can prepare fresh and delicious meals.
- Remember to bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen.
- Laundry service is available for $15 USD per load; please speak to our onsite staff to arrange.
Note: Guests are advised to be cautious of the unpredictable ocean waves and currents typical of the Pacific Coast. Enjoy the beach responsibly and at your own risk.

- Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.
- Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; there is a fee of $10 USD per extra guest.
- Children under 12 stay free; maximum of three children.
- Pets are welcome; a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs.
