Welcome to Casa Roja, a western-style bungalow in Salinas Grandes, Nicaragua, offering an open concept with a spacious kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with queen beds and A/C. This tranquil retreat includes a large, shaded patio facing the beach/ocean and features your own private pool, perfect for 2 to 4 people. Located one hour from Leon, it’s nestled on a beautiful remote beach.
The space: Casa Roja accommodates a maximum of 4 guests with two bedrooms furnished with queen-sized beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and clothes closets. Three sets of French doors create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space with stunning beach views, suitable for enjoyment rain or shine.
Guest access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and property, surrounded by a handful of neighbouring vacation homes. Excellent Wi-Fi is provided at no additional charge.

1. What to Bring
We recommend packing mosquito repellent and sunscreen to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
2. Getting Here
To help you arrive smoothly, please contact us in advance and we’ll send you a map and updated driving directions. The roads are regularly improved, but at this time, we recommend a 2WD vehicle with high ground clearance.
3. Kitchen Essentials
Each property is equipped with enough dishes, cutlery, and glasses for the number of guests allowed. If you’re planning to cook special meals, we offer additional kitchen appliances for rent at our on-site store, Tienda Tesoro.
4. Tienda Tesoro.
Our growing store offers some snacks, canned goods, grains, drinks, etc. We do not sell veggies or meats. Please prepare accordingly.
5. Security Deposit
A $50 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be returned at check-out, as long as there are no damages and the property is left in good condition.
