Casa Amarilla & Pool

Welcome to Casa Amarilla, a spacious western-style bungalow in Salinas Grandes, Nicaragua, offering an open concept with a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms with A/C. This tranquil retreat includes a large, shaded patio facing the beach/ocean and features your own private pool, perfect for 2 to 4 people. Located one hour from Leon on a beautiful remote beach, Tesoro offers a 10 km stretch of pristine shoreline, providing a peaceful escape from the city.

The space: Casa Amarilla accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms each furnished with a queen-size bed and A/C units. Three sets of French doors open up to create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space with breathtaking beach views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven/stove, and water dispenser with a purifier. Additionally, there is an outdoor wood-burning grill shared with another house. The bungalow is fully furnished, including a dining table with chairs, hammocks, patio furniture, and rocking chairs.

Guest access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and property, with neighbouring vacation homes nearby.

Upon arrival at Playa Tesoro, please check in at the office where our manager will guide you to your unit, provide Wi-Fi access, and review our rental inventory list.

Additional amenities and information:

• We offer a transporter service two times per day between Leon and Playa Tesoro. A return trip is $12.00 USD. Please contact us to arrange.
• We also offer grocery pick up and delivery for $10.00 usd. Please enquire on site should you wish to utilize this service
• Driving Directions: To ensure a smooth arrival, please contact us in advance for a map to Playa Tesoro. Our roads are continuously being upgraded, so we recommend using a 2-wheel drive vehicle with high ground clearance for the best experience. Clear signage along the road will guide you to Playa Tesoro. There is a photo of our signs in the photo gallery.
• Dining: Our small restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please notify the staff in advance if you plan to dine at the restaurant so they can prepare fresh and delicious meals.
• Remember to bring mosquito repellent and sunscreen.
• Laundry service is available for $15 USD per load; please speak to our onsite staff to arrange.

House rules:

• Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests; there is a fee of $10 USD per extra guest.
• Children 12 and under stay free; maximum of three children.
• Pets are allowed; a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs.
